Use of Website
This website is intended for informational and inquiry purposes to our bridal products and services. You agree to not misuse the site or use it for unlawful purposes.

Request Conditions 
Submitting a request or inquiry does not guarantee availability or acceptance. All requests are reviewed individually based on design details, timeline, and current capacity.  By submitting a request, you acknowledge that custom bridal pieces are handcrafted and may vary slightly from inspirational images. Design details, pricing and timelines will be confirmed via text, DM, or email before any payment is required. Once order is received and production is started, I will reach out with a pickup date estimated.

Local Pickup 
Our business is operated only in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pickup details, including time, address, will be provided once your order is ready. Failure to pick up within the timeframe given may result in forfeiture of the order. Valid identification must be provided on pickup (state ID, driver's license, etc.)

Shipping (UPS)
We offer shipping via UPS for select orders. Shipping fees and delivery estimates will be provided prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of UPS. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier's possession. 

Please be sure your shipping address is correct at the time of confirmation. Any additional shipping fees due to address errors or rerouting are the responsibility of the client.



 

Payment 

Payment will be due in full at the time of pickup. Accepted payment methods will be shared in advance. By completing payment at pickup, you confirm your acceptance of the final order and these Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, designs, text, and branding. Is the property of TullebyMads and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of this website or are products, to the fullest extent permitted by Nevada Law.

Third-Party Services 

This website may use third-party platforms (such as Wix, payment, processors, or social media links). We are not responsible for the content or the practices of those third parties.   

Change to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised conditions.
