Refund Policy

All custom orders are final sale. 

Under Nevada law, sellers are not required to offer refunds or returns: however, we believe in transparency and clearly outline our policies below

Each veil and accessory is custom made to order on the bride's approved design details, including length, materials, lace, embroidery, trim, color, and styling. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, or exchanges on custom items.

Payment Timing

Payment is collected only after your item is completed and ready for pickup or shipment. Once payment is made, the sale is considered final.


Cancellations 

Orders may be canceled prior to completion with no payment required.

Once the veil is completed, the order may not be canceled.

Failure to submit payment after completion may result in the order being canceled and the item being withheld from pickup or shipment. 


Defects or Errors 
If your item is completed with a defect or error caused by us, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and provide photos and details. If approved; we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Minor variations inherent to handmade items are not considered defects.

By submitting an order request and approving design details, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Payment Policy
